GIRLS LACROSSE Program

UPDATED----Beginning with the 2010 season, the Wolfpack will be organizing a youth girls lacrosse program for girls in 4th through 9th grades. 

Please read the NYLC President kickoff message for the new girls program.  We are really excited to offer girls lacrosse to the Mechanicsburg/Northern areas and anticipate that the program will grow quickly.

It will take a few years until the Wolfpack will be able to offer teams at each level but we are currently gathering a list of potential participants.  If you know anyone that wants to play girls lacrosse please complete the NYLC REGISTRATION FORM and mail to us.   Organized practices\skills teaching will begin on Friday January 8th at Twin Ponds in Mechancisburg, PA.

The cost the girls program is $50  ($25 to register with US Lacrosse & $25 to offset cost for the indoor field rental/equipment)

Also we are seeking any potenial coaches along with team moms to help organize and forge the path for girls lacrosse in the Dillsburg\Mechanicsburg area.

Click here to view the goals/plans for the girls program.  The primary goal of the NYLC girls program is to teach lacrosse fundamentals and to develop the youth teams.  As a result of the PIAA decision to move girls soccer to the fall,  the girls that participate in the NYLC will be able to contribute immediately into the high school program.  The plan is rather aggressive so please offer any help to develop the NYLC girls program.
