2008 Registration

Registration for the 2008 season is currently being conducted.  This year's registration will also include membership into the US Lacrosse Association for each individual player ... a $35 value.  All players must print out the NYLC/US Lacrosse Player Registration Form below; complete the form and attached Code of Conduct; and mail to:

All players should include a check payable to 'NYLC' along with their registration form. 

High School Players (grades 9-12) - $150
Middle School Players (Under 15 not in HS)  - $135
Youth Players (Under 13) - $115
